Our Philosophy
Margaret-Philomena Health Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit tax-exempt organization founded on August 15, 2017. Since then, the organization has made great stride in reaching indigent populations in African villages, urban centers and prison inmates. At Margaret-Philomena, we believe that health is not just the absence of disease, but a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. We strive to promote holistic health and wellness through our free medical outreach, counseling and legal services, patient education, and logistical support programs to prisoners, poor and underserved communities in urban centers, towns and rural villages in Africa.

Our Services
We offer a wide range of services, mainly in primary and preventative medical care, education, legal and logistical support to prison inmates and indigent population, youth and women empowerment programs in Africa. We offer specialty care, diagnostic imaging, and lab services on a limited basis. Our services are designed to meet the unique health and logistical needs of each person we encounter.
